As a Fundraising Operations Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Fundraising Operations Team in processing gifts, maintaining accurate supporter data, and delivering exceptional donor care.

Job Description

This role involves:

  • Processing daily gifts, including cash donations
  • Maintaining digital records of gifts and donation forms
  • Managing website donations and third-party platforms
  • Recording all gifts on our CRM database
  • Expressing gratitude to donors through personalized acknowledgments
  • Supporting communications to donor groups, focusing on stewardship and local engagement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Experience working with fundraising or similar CRM databases for marketing, engagement, and/or fundraising
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
