As a Senior Mortgage Adviser, you will:
Advise on mortgage applications
Develop and maintain client relationships
Pursue new customer opportunities
Originate deals and manage client relationships
Structure commercial transactions exceeding £500,000
Grow new introducers and professional parties
Manage and coach junior team members
Assist senior leadership in strategic growth of the mortgage team

For the Senior Mortgage Adviser role, the package includes:
Annual salary of £30,000 - £35,000
Full-time, permanent position

Cross-referrals to other areas of the group, such as accountancy, commercial, and insurance teamsThe ideal Senior Mortgage Adviser will have:
CeMAP Level 3 qualification
At least three years of experience in financial institutions
Experience advising on mortgages over £1m
Strong understanding of FCA and MCOB regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyse loan applications and supporting documents
Great emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
