Demand Planner- Hawkstone

IMPACT EVOLE is proud to be working exclusively with Hawkstone to support their search for a diligent and experienced Demand Planner.

Founded in 2021 by Jeremy Clarkson and the Cotswold Brew Co, Hawkstone has grown rapidly into a leading name in the premium Beer and Cider industry. The company works alongside British farmers to source the best quality ingredients, and produce some truly exciting products.

The company has enjoyed tremendous success over the last few years and is poised to grow even more in 2025. As a result they are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to ensure products are delivered on time and meet market demands.

Working closely with the Director of Operations and the wider commercial teams, the Demand Planner will play a key role in ensuring customer demands are met. Working with a wide network of suppliers the position will require someone with amazing analytical skills and a talent for using multiple data streams to produce meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting and Planning - Oversee demand forecasting for a range of product lines. Working alongside the commercial and marketing teams to use historical data, market trends, and promotional activities to achieve the company goals.

Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory across a range of channels including production facilities, the in-house brewery and merchandising.

Supply Chain Coordination - Coordination of production and 3PL partners to meet forecasts and production schedules.

*

Data Analysis and Reporting - Analysis of sales trends, market data and operational metrics to refine planning processes. Reporting regularly on forecast accuracy, inventory status, and supply chain performance.

Continuous Improvement - Support the growth of Hawkstone through improvements to the demand planning process. Collaborate with the wider teams to integrate new and efficient planning systems and methods.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

*

Established Demand Planning background within the brewing, beverage or FMCG sectors.

*

Hands-on experience with seasonal demand fluctuations.

*

Practical knowledge and insight into stock management initiatives.

*

Advanced excel modelling skills and the ability to work across multiple systems.

*

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in demand planning tools and software.

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

*

Flexibility to travel to offices in London as required. Comfortable working with a remote team to achieve results.
