On Offer:

Key responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain customer demand forecasts at agreed frequency
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure demand plans are reflective of current market trends and commercial opportunities, whilst maintaining flexibility to maximise our growth potential
* Match sales, demand and supply planning to meet business commercial targets across all territories and the expanding product portfolio.
* Develop and deliver key performance metrics within the S&OP process improving accountability, efficiency, cashflow and profitability along the way
* Prepare and facilitate S&OP meetings.
The Candidate:
* Tertiary qualification or degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Economics or equivalent.
* Demand Planning and Forecasting experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment.
* Use of Demand Planning software and ERP experience essential (SAP will be advantageous).
* Strong personal computer skills and advanced proficiency in the use of excel, including spreadsheet tools.
* Good mathematical/statistical knowledge demonstrated capability in modelling, analysis and simulations tools.
* Agility to work in a changing environment
