**Red Bull UK are recruiting for a Demand Planner to be based in London, UK.**
DEMAND PLANNING
Ownership of the demand plan. You are responsible for analyzing the forecast provided by the Commercial Sales team, using historical sales data, uplift from promotional activities, forecast accuracy performance and business targets to challenge where necessary through clear analysis and rationale to ensure accurate SKU forecasting
Using your commercial knowledge and demand planning expertise prepare and provide data/insights for the monthly Demand Review meetings to support appropriate decision-making for the Business
Run the RB UK Demand Planning modules for the Global S&OP process - Currently we use SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
Maintain “Outlook” year + 1 forecast in the system which feeds into long-term capacity planning
Monthly reporting around key KPIs (Forecast accuracy / sales variances)
S&OP PROCESS
Chair the relevant monthly account review meetings (ARMS) with the National Account Managers (NAMs) and National Account Executives (NAE’s) to feed into the Local S&OP process and advise on required changes to improve account forecast accuracy
Play a key role in driving Demand alignment through the local S&OP process with all the relevant stakeholders.
Provide analysis and feedback to the Planning manager for the relevant S&OP meetings
DATA & ANALYSIS
Responsible for providing and updating all the relevant planning reports for the operations and commercial teams
Access and interrogate customer systems to track volume and manage customer stock levels as required
Review safety stock adjustments along side the supply planner.
PLANNING TEAM SUPPORT
Understand and cover the supply element of the planning team as required alongside the Planning manager
Work alongside the Supply Planner to agree allocation of promotional or at risk SKUs
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the strategy team to review and provide feedback on any NPD and recommend future SKU rationalisation based on insights
Work with the Customer Collaboration teams to help plan for promotional activity
Participate and contribute to key Projects within the wider Operations team
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a Planning / analyst role with a focus on S&OP or a related area.
Highly analytical with a high level of proficiency in the use of Excel
SAP experience - IBP, APO and ERP
Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to run highly effective meetings.
Flexible, hardworking, willing to get involved in projects and support the team as needed.
FMCG experience desirable.
