Main Duties
* Act as a point of contact for clients
* O&M Manuals
* Updating Excel spreadsheets and ongoing reports
* Managing the flow of documentation
* Review and maintain accuracy of records
* Issuing drawings to relevant parties
* Supporting the operations team
* Attend the internal project start up meetings
* Carry out quality assurance checks on all information uploaded
* Ensure documentation follows approvals process
* Liaise with the production team
* Support internal and external users regarding system issue
To be successful for this role, you must have experience working in the construction industry in the role of a Document Controller
