Special Needs Teaching Assistant
Area: Birmingham
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Salary: £80- £100 per day
Start date: January 6th 2025
Monarch education, part of affinity workforce, are working closely with a special needs schools in Shirley, Solihull, who requires full time Teaching Assistant's to work on their specialist team to help support the education and development of their children.
This is a full time, long term role, Monday to Friday to start ASAP for the full academic year, this can be made part time for the right candidate.
They wish to appoint an individual with a calming and nurturing nature with extent experience working with children or adults with special needs, this could be in the care or education sector, you do not need to be qualified but any transferable skills or qualifications relatable would be admirable.
The perfect candidate must be positive and passionate individual, willing to motivate and inspire the younger generation, always going the extra mile and being committed to their well being and development. You will need to be flexible to the needs of the children and have a good understanding of child development and the learning process.
This is a very rewarding role where you will be helping transform and make vital contributions to children's and families lives within the local area.
