A Customer service advisor is required to join a team in product support and order processing in Leeds. Are you great with detail, confident in creating quotes of detailed products? This varied role will be on the phone, email and website enquiries for both business and consumer orders for these bespoke products.
This is a permanent and full time role, working in their office in South Leeds, you will work in a small team to process the orders offering advice, specifications, lead times, quotes and delivery details.
The role:
* Check online orders from web and email and respond with specification, prices, lead times and delivery options.
* Answer incoming phone calls to discuss queries and advise on products and services.
* Input detailed orders against a catalogue of information.
* Create bespoke quotes and product information.
* Liaise with internal manufacturing team for lead times and delivery schedule.
* Learn a diverse range of products.
* Assist in the collation and packing of products when deadlines are tight.
We are looking for:
* Great customer service skills and a great phone manner.
* Computer skills for order processing such as SAP, SAGE. AS400 or similar systems.
* A desire to learn and develop a great carer with our client.
* Ability to work in the office 5 days a week full time.
The company is located near Hunslet in Leeds LS10, however, it is a 15 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, so it is preferable that you have your own mode of transport.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am till 5pm and Friday 8am till 3pm.
