This role offers Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm working and an annual salary of up to £58,000, plus a 10% annual bonus.

The Band 7 Mental Health Nurse will:
Lead the strategic and operational management of Complex Care and Secure Transport services.
Ensure compliance with service contracts and drive quality improvements.
Manage diverse teams and foster collaboration across departments.
Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and team development.
Handle stakeholder management and implement strategic initiatives.
Conduct strategic service audits and quality assessments.

Registration as a Mental Health Nurse or significant experience in senior operations management.
Proven success in managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration.
Experience in a clinical environment, particularly in service delivery and clinical outcomes.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
