Salary: £36,176 - £38,596 per annum + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health/Learning Disabilities Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join their dynamic and growing team at a specialist mental health facility in Burgess Hill. The facility has recently expanded with the opening of a new 10-bed male adult Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in September 2023, offering a unique opportunity for new team members to contribute to the future of mental health services.

The Role:

As a Mental Health Nurse in this team, you will have a real chance to shape and enhance the services provided. The service prides itself on the meaningful work it does, supporting individuals towards independence and helping them develop the skills they need to progress to less restrictive care settings. Your innovative ideas and positive approach will be vital in helping the service achieve its goals.

About You:

  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ready to grow and develop within a supportive and expanding service
