Accounts Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning financial services company with over 40 years of excellent customer service.

Place of work: Godalming offices.

Salary: 25k

Benefits include:

Key responsibilities:

As a member of the Accounts team, you will be expected to provide administration duties and support to provide a dedicated office and client service.

Duties to include:

* Sales Ledger Invoicing

* Generate WIP Reports for review

* Post Sales Ledger Receipts

* Aged Debtor Statements/Letters

* Code/Enter Purchase Ledger Invoices

* Billable Time Reports

* Raise Credit Notes

* Filing/Scanning

* Supplier Payment Run/Ad hoc payments

* Ad Hoc Reports

Skills/Experience required:

* A good grasp of modern office practices

* Organisational skills

* Ability to multitask, and plan own workload to meet business requirements and service level agreements

* Numerate, with good Microsoft Office skills

* Articulate, with ability to speak to high net worth individuals and senior level staff

* Good team player with excellent communication skills
