Construction Administrator required for a contractor in Exeter. The main function of this role is to provide effective administrative support to the construction team.

Duties:

* Reception duties

* Answering the phone, diverting calls and taking messages

* Assisting the Quantity Surveying team with commercial administration

* Document control and management of drawings

* Tender preparation, power point preparation and creating reports

* Costing of small works such as customer care extras and valuations

* Support the wider business with any adhoc administrative based duties

This role can offer progression such as training to become a quantity surveyor for example.

Office based full time Monday-Friday.
