Are you experienced in Data Entry?
Academics are working with a popular School in the borough of Maidstone who are looking for an experienced attendance officer to join their team on a full time basis.
The ideal candidate will need to be well-organised and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Training on the schools systems will be provided but experience in using Arbor or SIMS would be hugely advantageous.
As an Attendance Officer you will undertake all administrative tasks assoaicated with recording, management and monitoring of attendance; working with pupils and thier families to imporve attendance.
Successful Candidates Will:
Have experience working in a school setting in a similar role
Have the ability to undertake all administrative tasks such as recording, management and monitoring of attendance, working with pupils and their families to improve attendance.
Be a highly efficient individual with outstanding attention to detail
Have a good understanding of attendance
Have experience in Data EntryRequirements:
Available from 8am to 4:30pm
