BDM Sales Manager
Southeast Surrey HQ 3 Days Per Week
£50,000 - £60,000 Base based on experience, OTE is c£80,000 - £90,000

The BDM Sales Manager Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven & hands-on Sales Manager to lead our New Business sales team specialising in SEO packages for SMEs.
You will have a proven track record in sales management, understanding of SEO products, and a strong ability to scale and develop a high-performing sales team.
Your primary focus will be to drive sales growth, manage team performance, and expand the sales force from the current size to up to 24 members within the next 12 months.

About you:
+ Proven current experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO industry
+ History of implementing and/or performing Business Development tactics
+ Demonstrated success in leading and scaling a sales team
+ An understanding of SEO mechanisms
+ Exceptional leadership and people management skills
+ Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets or similar
+ Strong sales skills
+ Ability to travel as needed for team training and field accompaniment
+ Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
+ Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
