Assistant Site Manager

My client is a industry leading principle contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting an Assistant Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a high value residential and commercial development based in Cambridgeshire.

You will be required to assist in managing the brickwork, externals and facades package alongside the no 1 site manager.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START

Assistant Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Site Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Assisting with the following of RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Assisting in managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Assisting in managing sub contractors

• Assisting in managing/ordering materials and overseeing operations.

Assistant Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager overseeing residential developments.

• Experienced in brickwork, external works and facade works,

• 3+ years management experience
