Clinical Practice Development Nurse

Salary: £55,000 per annum + Comprehensive Benefits

Location: Waterlooville, Southampton

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

An award-winning healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Clinical Practice Development Nurse to join their Quality & Compliance team. As a Clinical Practice Development Nurse, you’ll play a key role in improving clinical outcomes, guiding nursing staff, and maintaining high compliance standards.

Clinical Practice Development Nurse Key Responsibilities:

The Clinical Practice Development Nurse will oversee care standards, clinical audits, and individualised care planning.

Work directly with nursing teams, providing training, support, and guidance to promote best practices.

Lead the clinical compliance efforts, ensuring all practices meet CQC and MCA standards.

The Clinical Practice Development Nurse will also support nurses in their revalidation, skill development, and overall growth.

Clinical Practice Development Nurse Requirements:

Clinical Practice Development Nurse must be RGN/RMN with active NMC registration.

Minimum of 2 years in a clinical role, specifically with complex neurological care.

Strong understanding of CQC, MCA, and best practice guidelines.
