Graduate Teaching Assistant Wanted for Year 3 in Kensington & Chelsea

The Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Year 3, you’ll be providing essential support to a child with SEN, focusing on their educational development and behaviour management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the child’s learning in core subjects.

* Managing and guiding behaviour in and outside the classroom.

* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies that best support the child’s needs.

* Creating a positive and engaging learning environment to help the student thrive.

Candidate Requirements:

* Graduate with strong academic qualifications.

* Previous experience working with children with SEN or behavioural needs would be an advantage, but not essential.

* Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

* Passionate about working in education and making a difference in the lives of children.
