**Your Role**:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be at the forefront of nurturing a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include providing tailored support to pupils with diverse learning needs, collaborating with teachers, and fostering meaningful relationships with students and parents alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver targeted support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, both individually and in small groups.
- Assist class teachers in implementing personalized learning plans and behavior management strategies.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and empowered to achieve their potential.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each student.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the SENCO and teaching staff as required.
