Our brand new client based near St. Neots is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

As Technical Support Advisor, you will support so well-known companies and you will provide technical support on a superb product, receiving and dealing with support emails, taking support calls and talking customers through updates and resets, remoting onto platform to support any issues, ordering replacement parts if required, invoicing for engineer visits and other ad hoc duties.

To be considered for the role of Technical Support Advisor, it is essential that you have worked in a technical support role previous, will have superb experience in customer service, a good knowledge and working experience of Word & Excel to an intermediate level and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our client with offer extensive product training for the right individual and the chance to grow in the role and join a great team.

In return, our client is offering a salary up to £25,000 for the role of Technical Support Advisor, 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of statutory holidays, social events, pension after qualifying period, potential to earn a bonus too.
