This short course, delivered over 2.5 weeks, will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to promote yourself, your own business or your new employer via a range of social media channels. What qualifications you’ll get

NCFE L1 Award in Developing Enterprise Skills.

Understand Enterprise Skills – what skills and qualities are shown by entrepreneurs, analyse entrepreneurs, carry out an audit of your own skills and qualities and how to improve them

Demonstrate Enterprise Skills – working in a team, plan an enterprise activity (overview, deadlines, responsibilities, resources, reviewing progress, problem solving, self analysis)

NCFE L2 Award in Digital Promotion for Business

Digital Promotion for Business - Learn and understand a range of digital promotion activities, understand good and bad promotion, identify and plan digital promotion

Producing digital promotional content for business - Analyse and understand digital content, its features and impacts. Create digital promotion, choose the best channels to use, evaluate the effectiveness.

Understanding social media - Understand different social media channels, their audiences, how a business can create an online identity to reach its audience.

NCFE L1 Certificate in Personal and Social Development

We begin by supporting you to reflect on your own personal development and how your personal skills, abilities and behaviours can be improved. We then look at concepts of problem solving and help you develop skills to enable you to tackle problems in everyday life. We then look at personal career plans, recognising skills and abilities. We help you prepare and take the next steps into training or work. We help you understand how to identify and work towards your goals. We help develop your skills to become an active contributor when working with others on group activities (including a team working assessment) and to be able to review your own progress and skills development. We also look at the benefits of a multicultural society including shared values. You also gain an understanding of the factors that contribute to a positive sense of personal identity. We provide you with the opportunity to manage your own money. The basic elements of managing your personal finances, encouraging you to prepare a personal budget and to carry out transactions capably using different job role examples to do this effectively
