gap construction are proud to be representing this international construction company in their search for a Finishing Manager to work on a large residential development in Cambridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in RC framed residential buildings, who is looking to manage high-quality fit-out works, ensuring the smooth execution of all trades.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing fit-out works for RC frame residential buildings, managing all aspects of interior and finishing trades.
Coordinating and managing metal stud/drylining, 1st and 2nd fix MEP installations.
Supervising trades such as flooring (hard/soft), joinery/carpentry, kitchen installation, tiling, painting, and decorating.
Ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are adhered to.
Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the project.Person Specification:
Proven experience managing fit-out works on RC frame residential buildings.
Strong understanding of MEP installations and various finishing trades.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple trades, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality finishes.Benefits:
