As the Supported Living Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the West Midlands region. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients, while also maintaining and growing existing partnerships.
This Supported Living Business Development Manager responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement business development plans to achieve growth targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the supported living sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective delivery of services
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Attend networking events and conferences to promote our services
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
The Ideal person for Supported Living Business Development will be:
Proven experience in a business development role within the supported living sector
Strong understanding of the social care sector and relevant legislation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Full UK driving license
