THE ROLE:
Provide excellent customer service by managing member and potential member enquiries via phone, email and in person.
Manage all membership applications.
Update membership records.
Process payments.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Recent administration experience
Stable career history, no job-hoppers
Strong communication skills
Competent in Outlook (email), Excel and Word
SALARY & BENEFITS:
£24,787 per annum
25 days holiday + 8 days public hols + Christmas shutdown
