Role Overview:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving productivity, and ensuring product quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and quality.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing issues to ensure production targets are met.
Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new product designs.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing environment.
Conduct training sessions for production staff on best practices and new processes.Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within [specific industry].
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean methodologies.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
