Early Years Practitioners - Transition into Primary School Support Roles

Start Date: Immediate / Flexible

We are seeking dedicated individuals with a background in early years education who are ready to bring their valuable skills to support children in school environments. Whether you are looking to work as a teaching assistant, learning support assistant, or in other school-based roles, we want to help you make this rewarding move.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting teachers with classroom activities and the development of pupil's learning.
Providing 1:1 or small group support to children who need extra help with their learning.
Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.
Encouraging the social and emotional development of children.
Helping with playground duties and supervising students during non-lesson times.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a nursery, early years, or childcare setting.
A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A relevant qualification in childcare or early years education is desirable, but not essential.
DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
