Our client, a leading distribution company based on Magna Park, Lutterworth is looking to recruit a number of Quality Controllers to join their team. Working within a team, you will ensure that the products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach their customers.

The Quality Controller Role;

* Inspecting, testing, and verifying products to ensure they comply with our quality standards and specifications

* Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards

* Perform regular audits of warehouse processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement

* Document and report any quality issues or defects found during inspections

* Collaborate with warehouse staff to implement corrective actions and prevent future quality issues

* Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality control activities

* Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.

Our Ideal Quality Controller Candidate;

* Experience in a quality control role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment desirable

* Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills

* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications

* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

* Quality conscious with an awareness of Health & Safety

* Ability to adapt to changes in the working environment

* Highly motivated and driven

* Attention to detail

* Good communication skills as working within a team
