Job Title: Pharmaceutical Inventory Control Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee the accuracy and integrity of our pharmaceutical inventory in a healthcare logistics setting.

This critical role involves managing inventory control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and safeguarding the quality of our products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory systems, conduct physical counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure products are stored and handled in line with GDP regulations and quality standards.
  • Lead and develop a team of inventory associates, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports to highlight trends and improvements.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven inventory management experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of GDP regulations, compliance, and quality control measures.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
  • A commitment to quality, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.
