Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate data entry and updates in our warehouse management system
  • Effective inventory management and tracking of stock movements
  • Timely processing of orders and shipments
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Supporting general warehouse duties as required

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment (minimum 1 year)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a 2pm to 10pm shift pattern
