Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to lead our inventory team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our pharmaceutical inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory control processes, including physical counts and reconciliations.
  • Lead and develop a team of inventory associates, focusing on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP regulations and quality standards, including storage and handling procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports to highlight trends and improvements.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of GDP regulations, compliance, and quality control measures.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
  • A commitment to quality, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.
