Telesales Executive - Leicestershire - Up to £32,000 per year + Commission & great benefits

We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Telesales Sales Specialist to join our client, a leader in the agricultural industry. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth for a diverse range of feed products by working closely with field-based account managers. Based in a dynamic sales environment, you will use your expertise to identify cross-selling opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with farmers across the region. If you have a passion for agriculture and proven sales experience, this role offers a fantastic chance to advance your career within a forward-thinking company.

Role:

* Drive sales of palletized products and the full range of feed solutions through telephone-based sales.

* Collaborate closely with field-based account managers to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop business within assigned territories.

* Generate and follow up on leads for various product categories, including straights, blends, seeds, additives, and calf milk replacer.

* Advise farmers on product selection, ensuring optimal solutions for their livestock operations.

* Execute sales campaigns in coordination with Product Managers to maximize sales growth.

* Accurately log all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system (C4C).

Salary/Benefits:

* £32,000 per year + commission.

Skills/Experience:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the animal feed industry.

* Proficient in CRM systems; C4C experience is essential.

* "Go to market" attitude with a proactive approach to business development.

* Higher education level preferred (Degree, BTEC, etc.).

* Variety and flexibility in daily responsibilities
