Role Overview
As a Business Partnering Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Business Partnering team by providing comprehensive administrative support.
You will act as a key contact for administrative activities, including managing recruitment invoices, coordinating interviews, ensuring compliance with right-to-work checks, maintaining employee records, and contributing to departmental projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage diary schedules, book travel arrangements, and support departmental projects
Purchasing, Invoicing, and Goods Receipting
Creating purchase orders and monitoring budgets
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and resolve related queries.
Draft job advertisements, liaise with agencies, and coordinate recruitment logistics
Conduct right-to-work checks and manage new hire onboarding processes
Ensure data accuracy and compliance
Experience Ideally Required for This Role
Minimum of 3 years in administrative roles within fast-paced environments
Use of in-house systems such as SAP or other HR and purchasing platforms
Strong administration and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Customer service and recruitment administration experience are essential.
