Description

The key responsibilities of a Sales Administrator will be;

Supporting the sales team by managing schedules, creating sales documents and reports, and coordinating logistics
Processing orders and managing customer relationships
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
Assisting in the organisation of sales events
Communicating important feedback from customers internally
Ensuring sales targets are met and reporting any deviations
Liaising with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency
Coordinating with other departments to ensure company-wide collaborationProfile

A successful Sales Administrator should have:

A strong educational background with a preference for a degree in Business or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Experience in a sales or customer service role
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedicationJob Offer
