Key Duties

As the Project Coordinator you will plan and develop project plans, setting milestones and adhering to deadlines and budget constraints to support project leads across the business. You will manage a project portfolio and be responsible for there on time delivery. The role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000, along with an exceptional benefits package and opportunities for personal and professional development.

Manage and deliver projects by delegating tasks to the team members best suited for each task.
Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options, serving as the point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project.
Collaborate with the Project Managers manager to keep projects aligned with overarching goals.
Oversee a portfolio of projects to support the UK business, using project templates and tools, and act as the escalation point to resolve issues and remove barriers.
Report on project progress and ensure quality control, maintaining accurate KPIs to uphold the highest standards.
Support the PMO team by training the business in Project Management best practices, ensuring teams adhere to PMO Governance, standardisation, and processes.

Key Requirements

To apply for the Project Coordinator position, your skills may come from any industry background, including transformation, engineering, marketing, finance, or similar fields. However, preference will be given to candidates who hold a project certification such as APM or PRINCE2.

Proven experience in a project management or coordination role.
Programme management experience is desirable.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all types of stakeholders.
