Mechanical Project Coordinator

As a key member of Snowdon Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Pre Construction Manager to oversee the planning and preparation phase of construction projects focusing on mechanical systems. This role is critical in ensuring accurate budgeting, thorough design reviews, and seamless coordination among stakeholders to deliver efficient and cost-effective mechanical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Mechanical Pre Construction Manager and possess excellent project planning and estimation skills, with the ability to oversee materials and labour effectively. Design review and coordination, bid management, and stakeholder communication are also essential aspects of this role.
