The successful Production Coordinator will ideally come from an SME background with a proven record in Operations and Management. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to manage a diverse team, implement culture changes and improvement projects through drive, passion and determination.

**Key Accountabilities**

You will be an integral part of the production process ensuring that forecasting, planning and facilitation of sales are managed effectively and communicated at all times.
- Liaising between Sales, Events and Ops management to determine sales figures for delivery
- Management and coordination of internal drivers for wholesale and retail
- Working closely with bakery management to communicate sales figures and production figures back to the sales team
- Development of future logistics and retail deliveries
- Assisting the strategy Director in developing and perfecting all operating systems
- Manage freezer stock figures with respect to sale order capacity.

Production figures for the following departments
- Online - Manage the export of sales through Shopify (online store)
- Events - Event singles, boxes needed for each event
- Wholesale - Doughnuts delivered ambient/frozen, labelled correctly with allergens
- Corporate - Bespoke doughnut/ normal doughnut information

**Bakery**
- Handover production details
- Liaise with baker manager/supervisors
- Create allergen labels

**Wholesale/Corporate Deliveries**
- Manage the deliveries of all wholesale and corporate orders
- Create efficient delivery routes through Routific software
- Create delivery notes (packaging/boxes/toppers)
- On call for drivers to resolve any delivery issues
- Update dispatch notes, upload for invoicing purposes

**Online Store/ Shopify**
- Create product SKU codes for new products being launched to align with bakery labels and export
- Manage available delivery dates (bank holiday dates/production dates)
- Exportify to export sales

**Delivery Drivers**
- Effective route mapping to publish for drivers using Routific software
- Provide correct delivery location addresses/contact details

**Nationwide Deliveries**
- Export of daily orders through Shopify
- Update bakers figures sheet with orders to be made for next day delivery
- Labels (condense delivery information to correct DPD format)
- Liaise with DPD account manager and DPD Leicester depot manager (advise quarterly consignment forecasts, organise collection ad hoc collections)
- Ordering DPD bags/labels through DPD stationary support
- Ordering stationary - fragile stickers, tape etc.
- Correct picking/packing of express/parcel consignments
- 4-5pm collection, ensure collection is loaded and dispatched with drivers

**Line Management**

**Sales Admin**
- Support/manage nationwide deliveries
- Resolve queries regarding labels
- Delivery issues
- Tech support
- DPD app support
- Dispatch notes for invoicing purposes

**Warehouse Manager**
- Create production pick list of ingredients for production next day using Product Matrix
- Loading sheet for the freezer vans for efficient dispatch of wholesale deliveries
- Freezer van stock update (monitoring doughnut movements in/out of freezer storage)
- Liaise with Purchasing Lead for packaging/stock

You will be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels across the business with multiple stakeholders as well as your direct team.

- Wide experience in logistics, planning, forecasting and stock control
- At least 3 years’ experience within a Warehouse Production environment
- Pragmatic individual with the willingness to support others
- Ability to communicate across the business with multiple stakeholders
