IT Delivery Manager

This is a Hybrid role with 3 days required in the Norwich based Office.
I am proud to be supporting one of our long term partners to find them an IT Delivery manager to join their team. Your role as an IT Delivery Manager, is a hybrid role which would somebody who has experience of both Project Management and Account Management as you will be pivotal to the communication between Customers, Senior internal Stakeholders and also the Tech team within the business.
The business is fast paced and will sometimes have changing requirements, so coming from a similar role previously where have have had to deal with similar scenarios an how you work these changes will be important.
To be successful in your application for this role you will -
Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant contacts across your allocated customers and internal stakeholders
Build a strong understanding of the customer’s business, business goals and change management / project management / budget sign off processes to ensure alignment
Work with customers to develop their roadmaps/workstacks or define projects and size, estimate and negotiate that work into the schedule of a matrix managed team
Importantly, drive both customer and internal resource to ensure the work gets done
Maintain plans, track delivery against the schedule / agreed delivery dates and share updates regularly and consistently with customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure clear understanding of commercial agreements with customers and how that relates to delivery processes and billing
Ensure time is recorded against your customer work and feeding that into any resource analysis exercise and customer billing process
Attend regular customer review and performance meetings with colleagues from operations, contact centre, account management etc where you will be reporting on
IT delivery performance
Ensure adherence to IM delivery processes at that time and contribute to their continual improvementIf this role sounds like it could be of interest to you please APPLY NOW
