Retrofit Submissions Administrator

Overview

The Retrofit Submissions Administrator holds a crucial position within our clients organisation, ensuring that all retrofit projects adhere to regulatory standards and are executed efficiently. As an administrator you will be tasked with managing submission processes, conducting audits, and handling applications to local authorities. All measures must comply with OFGEM delivery guidance for government schemes such as ECO4 and GBIS.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Addition

The Retrofit Submissions Administrator will facilitate the process of adding leads to the system. This includes verifying the accuracy of lead information, maintaining an organised database, and ensuring timely follow-up with potential clients.

Sending for CIGAs and Land Registration

* Prepare and dispatch necessary documentation for Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency (CIGA) approvals.

* Manage all aspects of land registration, ensuring accurate and prompt submission of required documents.

Document Inspection

* Conduct thorough inspections of all documents related to retrofit projects.

* Ensure that all documentation meets required standards and regulations prior to submission.

Managing LA Flex Applications

* Oversee Local Authority Flexible Eligibility (LA Flex) applications.

* Coordinate with local authorities to ensure smooth processing of applications.

* Maintain an up-to-date record of all applications and their statuses.

Post-Survey Desktop Audits

* Perform detailed desktop audits following surveys.

* Verify the accuracy and completeness of all survey data.

* Address any discrepancies identified during the audit process.

Post-Install Desktop Audits

* Execute comprehensive desktop audits after installations are completed.

* Ensure all installations comply with specified standards and regulations.

* Report and rectify any issues identified during the audits.

Basic Submission Tasks for GBIS Measures

* Compile and review all necessary documentation for GBIS measures.

* Submit applications promptly to relevant authorities.

* Monitor application progress and follow up as necessary.

* Ensure all submitted measures meet OFGEM's eligibility criteria and standards.

Ensuring Compliance

* Stay abreast of all relevant regulations and standards pertaining to retrofit projects.

* Ensure every aspect of the retrofit process complies with these regulations.

* Implement and oversee compliance checks throughout the project lifecycle.

* Adhere to OFGEM delivery guidance for government schemes such as ECO4 and GBIS.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

* Strong organisational and time management abilities.

* Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in conducting thorough inspections.

* Proficient in IT tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel for managing databases and handling documentation.

* Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth professional communication.

* A solid understanding of local authority processes and requirements.
