As a Lead Scrub Practitioner, you will:

Support the operational management of the theatre team.
Conduct various audits and ensure stock and consumable requirements are met.
Investigate any accidents or complaints.
Provide clinical oversight and guidance.

Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in Urology Theatres.
Robotics experience desirable
Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse qualifications with a valid NMC Pin or HCPC registration.
Strong knowledge of clinical practices.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Some management experience, with training and development provided.
