**About the Trust**

**What you’ll be responsible for**
- Generalised Scrub Duties
- Be visible and accessible in the clinical area for patients, relatives, and staff
- Lead by example by adhering to and implementing all policies and standard operating procedures, acting as a role model, taking responsibility for own professional development
- Uphold standards of care and expected behaviours in accordance with the Trusts Values
**You’ll have the following qualification/experience**:
- Have a minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Registered Theatre Nurse/ODP in a hospital environment within the last 3 years
Ability to scrub for Craniotomy Major instrumented spines and ENT
- Circulate effectively with in a theatre when not scrubbed
Neuro scrub nurse experience
- Comply with NMC/Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
- Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines
- Undertake regular mandatory training*
Ability to manage own workload, as well as that of others
Basic computer literacy to the level required for routine use of clinical systems
Ability to cope with the pressures and stresses of the daily demands of a front-line clinical-technical service
