Pastoral Lead

Are you a Behaviour/ Pastoral Lead looking for a new challenge in a School in Burnley?

Tradewind are currently working in a partnership with an Alternative Provision School within Burnley area to recruit an experienced Pastoral Lead with strong behaviour management to start with them on a full-time basis from as soon as possible - July 2025 5 days a week with the chance of going permanent.

This Alternative Provision School caters for pupils aged 11 - 16-year-olds. You shall be required to work closely with pupils across all key stages.

As a Pastoral Lead, you will be required to -
* Lead Meetings
* Work alongside the Assistant head Teacher
* Home visits
* Attendance
* Pastoral

We are looking for:
* Dedication to making a positive impact with all pupils.
* Knowledge and understanding of working with pupils that have EHC Plans, Alternative Provision and Social and Emotional Behaviour Difficulties.

This Alternative Provision School is based in Burnley and is close to motorway links, additionally if you are travelling by public transport there is a bus stop outside the school.
