Support Worker Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Genuine passion for providing exceptional care to others

Previous experience is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training, but prior professional or personal experience in delivering care is desirable, especially with children or adults who have learning difficulties

We will arrange for you to obtain a Care Certificate during your induction, if required

Car driver essential

Support Worker shifts

The role of Support Worker is full time at 37.5 hours per week with shifts. You will be required to work a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends and some bank holidays. This is not an overnight role. Early and late shift times are as follows:

Early: 7:45am to 3:15pm

Late: 2:45pm to 10:15pm
