Role Details:

Title: Project Manager

Salary - up to £80,000 + benefits

Hours - Monday - Friday 9-5

Location - South West

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major investment projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and driving future success within an industry leading food manufacture. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact business transformation projects, focusing on increasing capacity, improving efficiency, and upgrading systems.

As a Project Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver major investment projects in collaboration with the Program Lead and Transformation Lead.

Allocate project resources, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress against success criteria.

Facilitate project scoping, planning workshops, and cost-benefit analysis.

Oversee project team activities to ensure timely and effective completion.

Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and CDM regulations.

Communicate project status and address issues with stakeholders and leadership teams.

Support high-quality project processes throughout the project lifecycle.
