Administrator required to join our building services client and team in their Hamilton office. The Administrator will be a highly organised and communicative individual to efficiently manage engineers' and subcontractors' schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently coordinate the schedules of engineers and subcontractors.
• Oversee the input and output using inhouse CRM system
• Handle a significant volume of incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to email and telephone inquiries.
• Utilise Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for daily tasks.
Requirements:
• Proven background in administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience using CRM systems as well as subcontractor coordination.
