We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based tech company. They are recruiting for a Software Integration Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

* Providing support to integration partners

* Working with internal and external stakeholders to diagnose issues

* Escalating issues that will impact clients

* Assisting other internal teams to resolve tickets

* Updating documentation, when necessary

* Providing training sessions

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

* Experience in similar role

* Knowledge of XML, RESTful and SOAP APIs

* Experience with JIRA ticket management system

* A “can do” attitude

* Willingness to learn new technologies

* Excellent interpersonal skills
