Are you a Maintenance Supervisor with H&S knowledge looking to join a well established business in a role that will invest in you to develop your skills both in the technical aspects of the role as well as progression into management, all the while giving you a great work/life balance?
On offer is the chance to step into an all-encompassing role where you'll have the chance to be a driving force of change within their Maintenance department, whilst working for a long-standing and successful manufacturer.
Established over 30 years ago, this well-established lighting manufacturer have amassed a successful reputation for themselves and they are currently seeking an ambitious Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of the dept.
In this role, you'll oversee a small engineering team which you will get the chance to develop further whilst driving change to benefit the company's health & safety processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to put your stamp on a well-established and successful business who are offering long-term career prospects, where you'll be a key decision maker within the engineering team.
The role:
Oversee a small maintenance team
Implementing continuous improvements within the dept
Monday - Thursday / 7am - 4.30pm, Fridays 7am - 1.15pm
£50,000 - £55,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime + Career Progression + Extra Training + Excellent Company BenefitsThe person:
