About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our Estates Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our equipment, premises, and plant, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and technical memoranda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate planned maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a team of maintenance staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and management.
  • Strong knowledge of operational estate management and maintenance planning.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
