We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a Primary SEMH School in North West London. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and ensuring a positive learning environment for students.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with students, teachers, and parents on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and materials organization.
Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help or guidance.
Collaborate with the teacher to develop and implement lesson plans.
Assess student progress and provide feedback to the teacher and parents.
Support students with special needs, implementing accommodations and modifications as required.
