You'll be working in a modern, 14-bed PICU, promoted by a specialist team of Paediatric Consultants 24/7. As a Senior Staff Nurse in our PICU, your responsibilities will include:
Taking responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge nurse.
Developing, implementing, and evaluating holistic care plans for children in partnership with the wider multidisciplinary team.
Acting as a role model and mentor to junior/student nurses.
Building strong relationships with children and their families.Package and Benefits:
As a Senior Staff Nurse in our PICU, you'll receive:

NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support.
Post Graduate experience working in a PICU setting.
Understanding of Safeguarding issues.
Teaching and mentoring experience.
Completion of a PICU Course that is equivalent to 60 credits.
