As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Paediatric Spinal Surgery, you will:

A Children's Nursing Qualification (RN Child or RSCN) with valid NMC registration.
At least 5 years of post-registration experience in children's nursing.
A first degree in nursing or a health-related subject.
A relevant qualification in the specialist area with at least 12 months of experience.
A mentorship qualification and basic/intermediate paediatric life support skills.
Experience in audit and research relevant to the specialism.
