Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

Location: Loughborough

Salary: £26.2k - £27.6k per year + additional £3,000-£6,000 per year for sleep-ins

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required

We are recruiting for our service in Loughborough which provides care and support for children with Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Autism.

The Opportunity: We are experiencing continued growth within our EPIC team and are seeking full-time superheroes to join our amazing, supportive team in Loughborough. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives.

Training provided - We offer full training, coaching, and development. Keys Group provides sector-leading training and coaching to help our staff level up and advance their careers. By learning new key skills and gaining a variety of excellent qualifications, you will open up numerous progression opportunities within the social care sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, caring, and loving home environment for children and young people
Act as a positive role model to meet their everyday living needs.
Participate in fun activities and outings such as football, PlayStation, cycling, and baking.
Encourage and share hobbies and interests.
Perform household tasks such as cooking and cleaning.

A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
